The customers have to fill the necessary information into our Product Warranty Registration & submit to us on line within 10 days since the purchased day. The warranty & maintenance services will only cover goods sold with a formal invoice issued by Archifeature Ltd. dib multi-function cosy bidet purchased from Archifeature Ltd. will be entitled to have one year free of charge warranty since the date of purchase under the condition that the goods is failed to work under normal operation in accordance with the user guide. However the customer will be charged for repairing service fee in the following conditions even though the goods is still covered by warranty period : 1. Defects caused by careless handling of the user. i.e. short circuit, drop down the unit, remove the sand filter parts etc. 2. Defects caused by incorrect using of electricity power voltage. 3. Defects caused by improper repairing. 4. Defects caused by self modification at user’s discretion. 5. Defects caused by force of majeure fire, salt, flood etc.

User needs to clear the dirt in the sand filter locate at the water in-take occasionally, this is not included in warranty. Otherwise the clearing service will be charge for HKD 300. After the one year free of charge warranty period, HKD 300 checking fee plus parts repairing fee (depends on condition) will be charged for maintenance services. Indication light on control panel may somehow flash during rest, it is affected by humidity & may not affect the operation. dib multi-function cosy bidet installed in public area will not be entitled to have one year free of charge warranty. |

When you notice some abnormal performance occur during the use of dib multi-function cosy bidet, pls. stop using it immediately. You should inform us to arrange a proper checking. We have sufficient parts & specific expertise of repairing service. |

same product within 7 days from the day of purchase (no exchanges or refunds will be accepted), together with all original packaging, the relevant purchase order, verify e-mail, payment receipts and delivery notes to our company.
due to improper use, or improper handling, cannot be replaced. Procedure
in advance with our customer service hotline: 852-23679123. We will arrange the return with the customer.
